Vincenzo specialises in intellectual property law and has an extensive experience in commercial law, agri - food law and law of contracts. In the field of IP he is recognised for his expertise in plant variety protection and enforcement of plant breeder’s right, providing advice and representation to national and international clients. Vincenzo joined the firm in 2005 having trained previously with another firm specialised in commercial and intellectual property law.

Vincenzo is professor of IP law at Lum Jean Monnet University and he teaches on the Masters in Law at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School where he lectures on intellectual property law and agri - food law.

Vincenzo's professional experience includes:

  • Plant variety rights, representing and advising national and international companies in several disputes involving plant varieties protection
  • Trademark infringement and unfair competition, representing and advising several Italian agri-food companies
  • Patent infringement, unfair competition and misrepresentation in advertising, representing market leader in window components
  • Food labelling and marketing rights advice for Italian food producers
  • Joint venture contracts, exclusive licenses for Italian brands in the mechanical industry
  • Merger and acquisitions for an Italian bottled wine producer
